What is Woolight you ask? Well in taking a new innovative direction in the quest for fully sustainable surfboards, Barron Surfboards have invented a new wool cloth sourced from New Zealand sheep. This sustainable cloth that replaces traditional fibreglass, provides strength and flex characteristics that we feel rival the status quo.

The result is a natural looking board that performs at least as well as traditional PU or Epoxy boards, is better for the environment and supports the New Zealand wool industry too, not baaaad huh!
